A New Housing Project in Solapur: Bringing Affordable Homes to the City
The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Board (MHADA) is proud to announce the launch of a new residential project in Solapur, Maharashtra. This project, registered with RERA under ID P52600056169, aims to provide affordable housing solutions for the city’s growing population.
The project, aptly titled “Construction of Composite Housing Scheme of 126 T/s EWS and 112 T/s LIG,” is situated in Soni Nagar, Solapur, on CTS No. 232, FP No. 86 (P) of TPS-03 of Modi. Spread across 8000 sq mtrs, this project will comprise seven buildings, each rising to a height of 49 floors, including 7 stilts. The project has been meticulously planned to accommodate 126 Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and 112 Low-Income Group (LIG) units, providing a total of 238 homes for families seeking affordable housing.
The project emphasizes community living and well-being with a substantial 768 sq mtrs dedicated to recreational open spaces. Furthermore, the project offers ample parking facilities, with a total of 356 open parking spaces for four-wheelers and two-wheelers, as well as 7 closed parking spaces.
The project is expected to be completed by December 31, 2032. MHADA, a public authority with a proven track record in providing affordable housing, is committed to delivering this project on time and within budget. The project is funded by the Bank of Maharashtra, with an IFSC code of MAHB0000076.
